Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record personal information for all account holders. This helps the government combat terrorism funding and money laundering.

When you open an account Peake Federal Credit Union will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. You may also be asked to provide your driver's license or other identifying documents. For some account types, we must also identify beneficial owners and controlling persons.
