Our Leadership

Jeff began volunteering with Peake in 1997 and served on numerous committees before joining the Board of Directors in 2002. He currently serves as Chairperson.

He holds a B.A. in economics from Delaware University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.

R. Brady Locher III, Esq., joined Peake’s Board of Directors in 2024. He is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is an AmeriCorps Alumnus and a member of Leadership Baltimore County’s Class of 2024.

Brady chose to serve on the Board because Peake’s community is his community. He is deeply committed to serving the financial needs of Baltimore residents and believes that when credit unions like Peake succeed, Baltimore succeeds.

Geoffrey has served Peake for more than 30 years, beginning with the Loan Policy Review Committee. He later joined the Personnel Committee—where he now serves as Chair—and became Secretary of the Board six years ago.

With a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, Geoffrey brings extensive human resources leadership experience to the Board.

He values Peake’s not-for-profit cooperative structure, which allows the credit union to prioritize members’ financial health over shareholder interests.

Douglas brings legal expertise and business leadership experience to Peake’s Board. As the founder of Burgess Law, LLC, he understands the operational challenges organizations face—from budgeting and compliance to technology and facilities management.

He chose to serve to give back to the community and contribute practical insight to Peake’s strategic direction.

Lisa Eicholtz has been an active Peake volunteer since 2017. She has served on the Delinquency, Marketing, IT, Policy, Trustee, and Nominating Committees and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2019. She currently chairs the Delinquency Committee.

Lisa holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Johns Hopkins University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland.

A lifelong credit union member, Lisa believes strongly in the “members first” philosophy. She values the long-term relationships credit unions build and the genuine commitment to member success.

David Flowers has been serving Peake members since 1998. Over the years, he has contributed to numerous committees including Legislative, Policy, Delinquency, and the committee that helped establish the Perry Hall Branch, and has served as an Administrative Officer for the Board.

David’s commitment to Peake is deeply personal. After the credit union supported him with loans early in his life, he felt called to give back. He believes members are not just customers—they are owners and the heart of the credit union.

Kris has served on Peake’s Board since 2019. He holds a master’s degree in Information Systems from UMBC and has received several community service and professional awards, including recognition from the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.

His passion is empowering families toward financial security and homeownership. He values Peake’s dedication to fair lending and encouraging members to save and build stronger financial futures.

Emery has served on Peake’s Board since 2021. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Systems and has published widely, including co-editing the Routledge Handbook of Urban Public Space in 2023.

As a planner, Emery believes strong financial institutions are essential to vibrant communities. He is inspired by Peake’s commitment to accessible financial services and meaningful community relationships.

Ashley began volunteering with Peake in 2021 as a member of the Investment Committee and joined the Board of Directors in 2024. She currently co-chairs the West-side Branch Committee.

She holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore and previously served as Baltimore County’s first Food Security Coordinator.

Ashley is motivated by the opportunity to support county residents and employees with quality financial products tailored to their unique needs.

Lawrence joined the Board in 2024, bringing expertise in public sector finance and leadership. He holds degrees from Morgan State University and the University of Baltimore, along with a leadership certificate from Georgetown University.

He is motivated by Peake’s not-for-profit, member-driven mission and the opportunity to give back using his professional experience.

Stacie brings extensive leadership experience in strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial wellness innovation. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Maryland University College.

Her expertise includes financial wellness program design, large-scale technology implementations, and enhancing both member and employee experiences. She has been recognized for her leadership as a recipient of The Daily Record’s Top 100 Women award in 2025.

Stacie is driven by Peake’s mission to support members through every stage of life.

Lisa leads Peake’s marketing, branding, communications, and community engagement efforts. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication from Towson University and has earned national recognition for Peake’s brand launch.

She believes in prioritizing people over profit and strengthening the financial well-being of the community.

Anna brings than 40 years of credit union expertise including consumer and mortgage lending, underwriting, compliance, and portfolio growth. She has completed coursework at Strayer University and CCBC and is active in organizations such as HARBEL, CUNA, and Fannie Mae.

She has held leadership roles overseeing loan origination, underwriting, and quality control.

Peake’s commitment to serving members with integrity and compassion drives Anna.

Jennifer supports Peake’s growth through strategic planning, product development, and cross-departmental collaboration.

With a background in business administration and marketing, she focuses on creating simple, efficient tools and services that make managing finances easier for members.

Jennifer believes financial independence strengthens families and communities alike.

Nicole brings more than 28 years of human resources leadership to Peake. She holds advanced degrees in applied behavioral science and psychology and maintains multiple professional certifications in human resources management.

Her expertise spans recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, all focused on building an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Nicole is inspired by Peake’s nonprofit mission and commitment to member wellbeing.

Keith brings more than 15 years of financial institution experience to Peake. A certified public accountant (inactive), he provides leadership in financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning to ensure long-term stability and transparency.

He has contributed to the credit union movement by instructing Supervisory Committee trainings for the MD|DC Credit Union Association and presenting on CECL at its annual convention.

Keith is inspired by the philosophy of “people helping people.” His goal is to build a financially resilient organization that empowers members and their families to achieve lasting financial success.
