How It Works
Members may express interest in serving on a committee at any time and will be considered as opportunities become available. Members interested in serving on the Board of Directors may express interest for consideration by the Nominating Committee. All Board of Directors candidates will be contacted by the Nominating Committee regarding the interview process and next steps.
Jeff Mayhew, Board Chair of Peake Federal Credit Union, has appointed a Nominating Committee to review and recommend candidates to fill three vacancies of the Board of Directors in 2027. The Nominating committee consists of Jeff Mayhew, Chair, and members Lisa Eicholtz, Brady Locher, and alternate, Kris Ghimire.
The Nominating Committee is responsible for the nomination of at least one member of the Credit Union in good standing for each vacancy and will determine that those members nominated are agreeable to the placement of their names in nomination and will accept the office if elected.
