Join us for the 63rd Annual Meeting

The 63rd Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore North- Pikesville, 1726 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208-2984.

Doors open at 4:00 p.m. The business meeting begins at 5:00 p.m. followed by dinner and door prizes. An election will be held to fill three seats on the Board of Directors. All attendees must be credit union members.

Candidate Profiles

The Nominating Committee, chaired by Douglas Burgess, recommends the following candidates to fill three seats on the Board of Directors: Jeff Mayhew, Geoffrey Bond, and Kris Ghimire.

Jeff Mayhew worked for the Baltimore County Department of Planning since 1990. Joining the Credit Union in 1990, he has been an active volunteer since 1997. His volunteer roles are as follows: Board of Directors (2002 to present— serving as Vice Chair (2005- 2009, 2015 to present); Member of the Investment Committee (1997 to present); Nominating Committee ( 1999, 2000, 2003, 2006, 2008 and 2011); Loan Policy (2002- 2005); and Field of Membership (2003 to present). Jeff has completed the requirements for the Board of Directors Award through CUNA Volunteer Achievement Program. Topics included: Board of Director duties and responsibilities, Board of Polices, credit union history and philosophy.

Geoffrey Bond has spent his entire professional career in Human Resources Management with extensive experience in many HR specialties such as staffing and compensation management. He worked for the Baltimore County Government for 12 years before transferring to the Baltimore County Public Schools in 2001 where he worked as an HR consultant to the public section entities. He has been a Credit Union member and volunteer for over 30 years and is a dedicated advocate for the credit union movement. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and is chairperson of the Personnel Committee.

Kris Ghimire has been a member of the credit union since October 2019. He is a broker and Realtor® at Ghimire Homes which serves Howard, Harford, and Montgomery counties and the Baltimore/DC metro areas and includes 95 agents based in Baltimore County. He has over 17 years of combined experience in real estate and mortgage lending, handling over $100 million in residential and commercial lending. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2020.
