  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click Online Statements
  • Choose your Member ID
  • Agree to receive electronic documents
  • Verify your email address
  • Choose eStatement as your statement delivery preference

Be sure your email address is current and a personal email account*.
You can update your email address in Settings within Online Banking.

*Many employers block system-generated emails like the ones that will let you know when your notices and statements are ready.
